We're excited to announce that our second training course is now live, with a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs! π
The SEND Network courses are based on the four broad areas of need and focus on providing practical strategies and shareable resources for SEND practitioners within schools and settings.
Live now, the second course covers Social, Emotional and Mental Health and includes the following four modules:Β
- SEND and anxiety/depression
- Disordered eating and SEND
- Behaviour as a communication of a needΒ
- ADHD
Each module contains an introductory video, fact sheets (with downloadable versions available), a seminar from the Tes SEND Show and a quiz. You will receive a certificate on completion of the full course which you can do online, whenever suits you.
Huge thank you to our course reviewers @Lorraine Petersen and @Lynn McCann for their support on this project.
Access to the courses will be via premium membership of the Network. If you're looking for individual access, click here to find out more. If you're a school/setting looking for group access for all your staff involved in SEND, please get in touch with the team here.
