Introduce yourself and welcome new members!

Hello

I'm Vickey Weaver the Deputy Head of a small specialist independent school in Birmingham. I have had this position for the last 4 years, and just love going to work everyday, which I know is a privilege. Our specialism is EBSA and anxiety, this means that many of our pupils are also on the Autism Spectrum. My main areas of interest are Autism and my degree is in Psychology and I am a qualified CBT practitioner. I have joined to keep up to date with new research and specialist CPD.
