Introducing Myself

Hi there,  My name is Joseph Townsend - I am the Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Lead (SENCO) for a London Primary.  The part of my job I enjoy the most is of course the paperwork... wait, no! It is working with young learners and seeing the amazing progress they can make with the right support.  I have joined to hopefully learn from and share with other professionals who face similar / the same daily challenges - I often feel SENCOs work in silo remaking the wheel by themselves and it would be wonderful to collaborate more!
