Initial Teacher Training in Specialist Schools

Hi all,  I am a ITT Programme Lead who is passionate about ensuring our ITT programme is addressing the need for training in SEND, across both mainstream and Specialist Schools.  We are currently launching a SEND Specialist ITT Programme.  This is addressing the real need for recruitment of SEND teachers as well as driving forward the positive messaging around working within a specialist school.  Are you passionate about this too?  Thought it might be useful to collaborate together to support the work we are doing to address this need under the current ITT Early Career Framework.
