About Frances Akinde
Frances is a former headteacher, co-launcher of the BAMEed SEND hub and qualified SENCO.  After discovering that she was neurodivergent last year, Frances now uses her lived experiences to offer training and support to ensure that our schools and workplaces are truly inclusive.
