We have a fortnightly meeting in the SEND Dept. I want to foster a culture of sharing good practice and seeking support within the team. I am thinking of asking a different member of the team a different scenario either created from their imagination or from their practice since the last meeting.
Does anyone do anything similar that works well?
Hi all,
I'm slowly making my way towards developing a Whole Class One Page Profile as a summary of a class for teachers and cover staff. This will not replace individual ILPs and I'm only working on this for KS3 classes that are taught in mixed ability. The idea is to provide teachers with a quick, one page overview of the needs of the class and then they can plan/intellectually prepare their teacher to the strengths of the class whilst also mitigating the barriers.
What do you think should be included on these Whole Class One Page Profile? Template linked below.

I'm developing my Individual Learning Plans to make it as easy as possible for staff to make the adaptations. I'm thinking of working towards having 3 Musts and then some best practices on the strategies based on this article.
