I designed, coordinated home based study to work with children with scholastic difficulties by engaging their peers, parents and community leaders. It is the first of its kind in Ethiopia. Children highly motivated to learn and study supporting one another in Home environment. I prepared the guideline and used this approach when coordinating community learning Centre financed by Save the Children Sponsorship.
