1. Who are you and what you do? I am Stephen Tippett and I am Inclusion Lead and SENCo in a coastal primary school, in a community with high levels of deprivation.
2. What do you most like about your job? I work with the best team of people in the land and everyday is different - I'm never bored! I love supporting children to overcome barriers and to access the provision they need. Oh...that's four things.
3. What do you hope to get out of the community? To connect with like minded people in the SEND Community who love what they do but face the same educational challenges. To be inspired and hopefully share some inspiration.
