I am an Inclusion and Support Manager within Further Education, with experience leading and coordinating support for learners with SEND, EHCPs, SEMH, and additional needs across post-16 provision. I currently work at Wiltshire College and University Centre, supporting the delivery of inclusive, learner-centred practice in collaboration with curriculum teams, support staff, families, and external agencies.
My role involves overseeing referral, triage, and allocation of support, ensuring learners receive timely, appropriate, and proportionate support based on need. I work closely with teaching staff to embed reasonable adjustments and inclusive approaches that support engagement, retention, and learner wellbeing.
I have a strong interest in trauma-informed and strengths-based practice and am committed to supporting both learners and staff to feel confident, understood, and supported. I am known for being calm, approachable, and solutions-focused, particularly when working with complex needs and challenging situations.
Alongside my management role, I bring a background in teaching, assessment, and SEND coordination, which helps me bridge policy, practice, and day-to-day delivery effectively.
