Kid:teacher ratios

Hi all. I’m head of learning support at an international school in central London. I’m interested in sharing best practice (and some laughs), but currently, I have a team of 2.5 teachers looking after 114 students ages 11-18. We have great systems, but are barely coping. I’ve been asked to report to senior leaders about the state of play in schools globally, where SEND is concerned. What are your neurodivergent kid:adult specialist ratios?  Thanks, Maureen
