Hello!
Hello all, I'm Mary from CENMAC - based in South East London, although the service covers local authorities all around London and beyond. I qualified as a primary school teacher in 1997, and since then have been a qualified SENCO, and now the deputy team leader at CENMAC, which is an advisory and outreach service, specialising in assistive technology. We assess children and young people and then provide long-term loans of the technology that will support them to access the curriculum and/or develop their communication. I also completed the two-year post-graduate qualification in teaching children and young people with vision impairments in 2022. I am interested in all kinds of technology and new and innovative products, software and apps.
