About Jo Iremonger
Hello, I'm Jo Iremonger, the Director of Inclusion at uReach. With 25 years of experience in mainstream schools and a Pupil Referral Unit within the Wokingham borough, I deeply understand the challenges schools and parents face when seeking alternative provisions. My background has equipped me with a clear insight into the specific requirements for young people who thrive in an alternative space that prioritises nurturing and holistic approaches.
My approach is both strategic and compassionate. I'm dedicated to empowering young people to build confidence, re-engage with education, and take positive steps towards a brighter future.
I am a passionate horse owner and rider, and compete at the weekends predominantly in dressage.

Hi Everyone,
I would like to introduce myself as the Director of Inclusion of a brand new Alternative Provision - uReach. We will be supporting young people between years 1-6 with EHCP and a primary need of ASD/ADHD.
I am hoping to build new relationships with other professionals and gain new knowledge as we embark on this new venture.
