Special Educational Needs Student/Early Years Practitioner

Hello, I am a special educational needs & inclusive practice student at Kingston University. I've been working in early years for 8 years, and looking to connect with anyone involved in the care and support of children with SEN to broaden my knowledge in the area! My current module is Transitions, so if anyone has any information, good articles/journals to read, or any personal experiences/thoughts, specifically to do with transitions and supporting children with SEN throughout, please send them my way!
