Extra Time in MFL internal assessments.

My name is Michael, and I work as the Access Arrangements Administrator at St Paul’s School in Brazil. I’m new to this role and would greatly appreciate any suggestions or best practices you might have on effectively implementing extra time in listening assessments for SEND pupils.
In particular, I’m keen to understand:
What would be considered ideal timing for such assessments?
Is it acceptable to conduct the assessment across two separate lesson periods?
Are there specific IB guidelines that can be adapted for internal assessments?
