Hi all! My name is Mariela and I am a Research Officer at OxEd and Assessment Ltd., a spinout company from the University of Oxford (Education and psychology departments) where top-leading researchers have developed easy to use, accessible and accurate assessment (and intervention) tools. We also run the Nuffield Early Language Intervention (NELI) programme, the only evidence-based language intervention programme for Reception (and a nursery version has just been piloted as well!). I have previously worked as an EYP and SENDCo in the UK and Mexico and I am very passionate about equal access to the best education and using evidence-based practices to best improve school intervention.  I am looking to network with SENDCo leaders, SaLTs, school leaders and teachers that currently deliver NELI and/or are interested in delivering or using evidence-based tools in their schools.
