Tickets are now live for our Inclusion Beyond SEND conference, taking place at the University of Surrey, Guildford on Thursday 17th September 2026.
A joint event by Moon Hall School Reigate and the University of Surrey Widening Participation & Success, sponsored by Everway and AT Superstore.
This is a one-day conference exploring:
**AT, AI, Skills and the Future of Access to Learning**
The carousel gives a quick look at the five connected strands shaping the day:
🟡 Early help, SEND reform and designed-in access
🟠 Assistive technology and digital independence
🟣 AI, bias and inclusive practice
🟢 Curriculum, creativity and future-ready learning
🔵 Careers, skills and future pathways
There will be keynotes from Patrick McGrath and Matthew Wemyss and closing speech by Michelle Catterson, a panel chaired by Al Kingsley MBE, and 12 workshop presentations across the 5 strands, including Dr Nicole Ponsford 🔍📊✨ , Associate Professor Deirdre Hughes OBE, Marius Frank, Victoria Hedlund, Lucy Pelling and many more.
The aim is to bring together conversations that are often happening separately across SEND, assistive technology, AI, curriculum, careers, skills and future pathways.
The question underneath the day is simple:
**How do we design access, confidence and independence into learning from the start, rather than adding support later?**
Inclusion is not only about helping young people get through school.
It is about helping them access the future.
