Introduce yourself and welcome new members!

Hello from Liverpool!

Hi, my name is Tracy Ryan and I'm the Learner Engagement Co-ordinator at Blackburne House College for women in Liverpool. Part of my job is leading on SEND support, IAG and pastoral and academic support and I also teach English at the college. In the past I have worked as a teacher in FE, as a school mentor, as a college mentor, as a case worker with asylum seekers and as an arts/theatre worker. (Yes, I AM that old!) I am always really eager to find new ways of helping students - whether it's new resources, techniques, ideas and approaches. I'm very happy to be part of this group!
