Hello SEND Network community, I wanted to reach out to all SENCOs and invite you to join our new STEPS pilot programme. STEPS (School-wide Training for Every Pupil's Support) is a comprehensive whole-school SEND training platform. It offers FREE unlimited CPD for ALL school staff until January 2026. We have just 30 places available. After speaking with many SENCOs about the challenges of being the "go-to" person for all things SEND in their schools, we've developed STEPS to help build sustainable in-house expertise across entire staff teams. Registration for the pilot is now open, and we're pleased to see schools already beginning to sign up. What the STEPS pilot includes: - 12 specialist courses covering Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language, Dyslexia, SEMH, and more - Three structured learning levels tailored to different staff roles - A complete resource library with practical classroom strategies - Progress tracking to measure impact STEPS has been designed in collaboration with experienced SENCOs, and as a pilot school, your insights will directly influence how we refine and enhance the platform.
