The 2023 Tes SEND Show sees the return of the SEND Leadership Summit. It intends to provide education leaders with an opportunity to learn alongside SEND peers and thought leaders.

This year's theme is leading change in education, which encourages attendees to challenge current thinking and practices, debate the latest developments within SEND policy, and help shape the future of the education landscape. In addition to access to the Summit, attendees will also have the chance to attend the Tes SEND Show Friday Keynote session on Improving the Outcomes for Children and Young People with SEND and interactive workshops. 

The Summit programme includes but is not limited the following:

• A talk on identifying our purpose as teachers and leaders 
• What it means to be an authentically inclusive school
• A networking lunch to meet other SEND leaders

The SEND Leadership Summit features prominent leaders such as ASCL SEND Policy Specialist & TES Columnist Margaret Mulholland and André Imich, a SEN and Disability Professional Adviser.
